We offer office hours in our Bowie and Annapolis locations, upon request. This is where you can drop off and pick up your documents and have tax advisory meetings, if you prefer. 

We also offer remote review and consultation meetings via Zoom.

Paper Documents

Clients who choose to provide physical documents rather than uploading through Brooks Tax Service’s secure portal will be assessed a $50 Paper Document Processing Fee, which covers document intake, preparation, sorting, scanning, and secure upload.

For document sets exceeding 75 pages, an additional $25 high-volume surcharge applies

These administrative fees will appear as separate line items on the client invoice.
